Pay $30.00 deposit to confirm your appointment (this is deducted from total amount payable after consultation).

You will receive an email as a receipt and to confirm your booking.

For first session, select 'Initial Consultation'.

Otherwise, select desired date and time.

In preparation of your initial consultation, some paperwork will be emailed to you to complete and submit.
